Controlled Branch Access

Due to the rapid increase in COVID infections in the community, including some confirmed and/or suspected cases with OCCU staff, we will be returning to controlled branch access for the protection of all as of Tuesday January 4, 2022.
We are asking members, to call employees to perform transactions or to use our self-service banking solutions to limit person-to-person interaction in-branch to help stop the spread of COVID 19.
Please ensure you have the following activated:

Free cash withdrawals, PIN changes, transfers and balance inquiries at all EXCHANGE Network ATMs (free cash and cheque deposits at most ATMs and free bill payments at Oshawa Community’s Branch ATM)
