We are continuously trying, testing, learning, and listening because meeting members’ needs matters most. In 2021, we upgraded the platform we use for our website and digital banking services so that we can now offer you more – more features, more accessibility, and more value.

On June 8, 2022, we launched a refreshed Online Banking experience for our members. You'll find a new user interface, which brings an improved look and feel, and enhanced navigation. The refreshed experience also has additional security for your protection.

On June 15, we launched our refreshed Mobile Apps. You can find them now on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store!

 

Do I need to do anything?

ONLINE BANKING:

As of June 8, 2022, all members were transitioned over to our new Online Banking platform. Upon your first login, you will need to:

  • Update any bookmarks to the Login page you had previously saved.
  • Enable "Remember Me" again if you had set this up previously.
  • Re-save your login and password if you had it previously saved in your browser.
  • NOTE: On June 8, Online Banking will be unavailable for approximately 1 hour, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, while we perform the update.


MOBILE APPS:

As of June 15, 2022 the updated Mobile Apps will be available for members to manually download from the App Store or Google Play Store. Just search for "OCCU Mobile Banking" in your app store and look for our green plant icon. You can also visit this page on our website after the launch to find direct links to the updated apps.

Members can continue using the current version of our Mobile App until June 22, 2022. After this time, the old version of the app will be disabled and all members will need to fully transition to the new version.

When you open your "old" app after June 22, you will receive a popup message, and will not be able to continue using the app. If you haven't installed the updated version yet, just tap the "Upgrade Now" button which will open the download page for the new app.

Upon your first login to the updated app, you will need to:

  • Enable "Remember Me" again if you had set this up previously.
  • Re-save your login and password if you had it previously saved.
  • Enable Biometric Login if you had set this up previously.
  • Enable QuickView if you had set this up previously.

Taking our member's feedback into consideration, we're updating our Online Banking and Mobile Apps to provide you with a better digital banking experience, so it's easier for you to do your banking at home, on a tablet, or on your phone.

The updated versions will also allow us to more effectively implement the products and features you've asked for.

All members will be transitioned to the new online banking experience on June 8.

Members will be able to continue using the current version of the Mobile Apps until June 22, 2022, at which point they will be forced to download the new version.

End-of-Life for the Old OCCU Mobile Banking Apps: June 22, 2022.

You will find an updated login link on our Online Banking Login page. If you have any bookmarks saved, you will need to update it with the new link.

The new Mobile Apps are available for download in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You can also search for "OCCU Mobile Banking". If you already have OCCU Mobile Banking downloaded on your phone, you will need to delete it and re-install the new version (look for the blue "NEW" banner on the new app's icon).
Each time you open the "old" app after June 22, you will receive a popup with a link to the app store page where you can download the updated version.

As a result of our members' valuable feedback, our team has improved both the legacy and "new" Online Banking and Mobile App platforms and are now able to combine the best of both while maintaining full feature parity.
