​Improving the Digital Member Experience

Oshawa Community Credit Union is excited to announce the launch of our new website, Online Banking platform and Mobile Apps on January 25, 2021 at 12:00 p.m.. Designed and fine-tuned based on the recommendations of our very own members ranging in age, financial know-how and technical skills, our goal was to create a “member-friendly” website that is:

  • Easy to navigate

  • Accessible with clear and concise language

  • Visually fresh and stimulating

  • Educational, informative, and fun!

We feel that the creation of this new website and online banking platform is vital to continue to provide our members with innovative technology and an overall better online banking experience. 

Currently, you can still use our former Online Banking alongside our new digital experience; but once our new services and features are more robust, we'll be retiring the old service so we can focus on making the new system the best it can be and providing the digital banking services you value most.

 

The new Website, Online Banking Platform and Mobile Apps will be launched on Monday January 25, 2021 at 12:00 p.m.

 

Clicking the Online Banking button in the top right corner of our new website will give you the option to login through either the new online banking system or the old one. You can continue to use the old system for your urgent banking while you familiarize yourself with the new system. The old website will no longer be available after 12:00 p.m. on Monday January 25, 2021.

 

The first time you log into the new Online Banking system, your account activity from the last 6 years will be populated. This process can take up to 5 minutes and will occur on the first log in only; you can expect your logins in the future to be much faster

Yes! Your existing User ID and password will continue to work for the new Online Banking platform and Mobile Apps. Your existing Personal Verification Questions will also carry forward to the new system.
