Notice is hereby given for the annual meeting of members of the Oshawa Community Credit Union Ltd. will be held on Tuesday, the 12th day of April, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.
With respect to the COVID 19 virus and to comply with social distancing guidelines, the annual meeting will be held virtually. Members are asked to attend by computer access using Google meets. We are requesting that members pre-register by contacting the office.
The purpose of this meeting is to provide to the members the Annual Reports of the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer, the Auditors, and the Audit Committee, to conduct Board elections, to appoint the Credit Union’s auditor, and to conduct such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

Elections for a position on the Board of Directors
Elections to serve as a Director on Oshawa Community’s Board of Directors will be held at the Annual General Meeting. This year there are three director positions available to each serve a 3-year term. The Nominating Committee received five applications including, incumbents Don Nicholls, Jackie Moore and Gil Paterson as well as members Robert Linton and Colin Quinlan.
