New Phone System Coming Soon!

At OCCU, we’re always looking for ways to make our member service the best it can be. We’ve heard your feedback and we’re happy to report that on October 15, 2019 we will be launching our new and improved phone system!


This new phone system will help us further our goal of providing personalized, outstanding service to our members wherever, whenever and however they need it! With live chat support planned for early next year, it will be easier than ever to get in touch with OCCU.


Please note that there will minor downtime on October 15 during the cutover to the new system. Additionally, once the conversion is complete you will notice that the call flow has changed; we wanted to make it as simple and fast as possible for you to reach exactly the person you need to best assist you.
