I’ve enjoyed the benefits of being a member for several years!

When I married my husband, we transferred our business to the bank.  I did not enjoy standing in line twiddling my thumbs. Before long, we moved everything back to the credit union because the service is better.  I would never leave again.

The credit union has always been helpful and accommodating.  When I was purchasing a new car, they arranged financing over the phone.  They spoke directly to the dealership and arranged everything.  I drove away in my new car the very next day! Their employees are efficient, friendly and very accommodating.

I love coming in to the credit union to do my banking.  The personal touch is always number one.  The people are very open and great to talk to.  When I visit the credit union to do my banking, I tell my husband: “Honey I’ll be back in an hour and a half”… while I’m there I enjoy my chat with the girls.  

I always tell people about the credit union.  I find their rates and service charges comparable to other financial institutions, but what separates OCCU from the rest is the service – that always comes out on top!
