OCCU offers Commercial Mortgages; these Mortgages are more complex than residential mortgages and the fees and rates vary accordingly.

When applying for financing, OCCU requires three years of audited financial statements (most recent years).  In order to qualify for funding, there must be security in the form of real estate.

Business Chequing Accounts

OCCU has several affordable chequing account that will offer you piece of mind with a variety of options:

• Business Start Up: minimum monthly fee $1 and per transaction fees
• Small Business Service: monthly administration fee of $14, first 30 transactions are free
• Business Banking: for companies that transact more than $5,000 monthly and pay as you go
• Executive Banking: minimum monthly fee of $100 and no maximum monthly transactions
• Legal Trust Accounts
• Realty Trust Accounts
• Associations Accounts:  sports team have free accounts and other associations have lower fees than regular accounts

We offer the following business account types:

MasterCard Merchant Program: MasterCard, VISA, and Point of Sale transactions are electronically deposited into your account.

Other Branch Services:

Deposits insured to $100,000 by the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Ontario. RRSP's insured separately.
