New Internet Banking and Website - Coming Dec. 4th!

On December 4, 2018 OCCU is launching our new MemberDirect® website and internet banking platform! This upgraded system will have several changes, so be sure to subscribe to our mailing list and bookmark this page to stay informed. The latest developments will be posted in red font for easy reference.

MemberDirect® internet banking makes it easy for OCCU members to do their banking from anywhere, 24/7, through a secure and convenient website. MemberDirect® also gives us the flexibility to offer brand new features and technology to ensure your banking experience is the best that it can be.


Frequently Asked Questions


We're working hard to deliver innovative new features without losing existing functionality. Some features include:

  • Sign in to internet banking from any page on our website
  • View account information and receive updated balances
  • Add or remove bills - choose from our list of hundreds of vendors
  • Transfer funds between your accounts
  • Download statement information to 3rd party software such as Intuit's Quicken, Money or Quickbooks
  • Initiate stop payments
  • Recieve important alerts by email or text message
  • Send or receive Interac e-Transfers
  • Pay your business CRA taxes
  • Navigate our website while remaining signed in to online banking

Our goal is to make your transition as smooth as possible, so always feel free to call our branch if you have any questions that aren't answered online. 


How to sign up for internet banking:

If you are a member and do not currently have internet banking, call or visit us in branch for your User ID and temporary password. If you are already signed up, you will be able to log in to the new website with your current credentials.

NEW - Increased Authentication:

The first time you log in to your account you will choose from a list of security questions and answers. Be sure to pick questions with answers that are not easy to guess (i.e, birthdates, pet names, grandchildren, etc.), and are easy for you to remember.

NEW - Register your devices for easy access:

You can register your personal computers and devices so that you will not have to answer a security question each time you log in. However, when you log in to your account from another machine, you will be asked one of the security questions to confirm your identity. Browser cookies are used to identify registered devices, so if you clear your cookies you will have to re-register your device. Remember: never register a shared or public device!
